Director of Data Centers Aftermarket

Strategic Nordic leadership role with responsibility for growth and business development in data center services. 

As Director of Data Centers, your primary objective will be to set the direction and deliver results in a business with significant potential and a strong Nordic market position. You will play a key role in executing Bravida’s strategy, driving profitable growth and positioning the Group as a data center lifecycle partner. With responsibility for developing Bravida’s retrofit, maintenance and lifecycle services, you will work closely with the Nordic Data Center Installation PMO and senior leaders to coordinate capabilities across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and contribute to strategy development at Group level. Reporting directly to Christian Alsø, CEO of Bravida Denmark, you will lead people, business and processes, identify new business and partnership opportunities, develop the customer portfolio and strengthen Bravida’s position with data center operators and hyperscale customers.

As the strategic leader of Bravida’s Nordic data center business, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Deliver on the business platform’s commercial, P&L and strategic objectives.
• Drive the commercial agenda through customer development, strategic account management and new business acquisition.
• Act as a cultural ambassador and establish a shared direction in line with Bravida’s One Bravida ambition.
• Build and develop the Nordic data center organization while coordinating functions and capabilities across countries.
• Maintain a strong focus on commercial discipline, safety, quality and risk management as critical business priorities.

Commercially oriented and dynamic Nordic business leader

Ideally, you bring relevant technical or commercial expertise and substantial leadership experience from a project- or service-oriented B2B business, preferably within technical services, installation, facility services, industrial services or critical infrastructure.

You understand what it takes to deliver results in a business where commercial performance, technical delivery, financial discipline and quality go hand in hand. You thrive in a complex, decentralized organization that demands a strong ability to set direction, establish structure and develop the business through others. You can balance strategy with execution and understand how to build and scale a business from a strong existing foundation.
